Why does the A260/280 ratio decrease after measuring RNA with NanoDrop and then diluting it to equalize the RNA concentration?

Why does the A260/280 and A260/230 ratio decrease (as shown in the attached image) after measuring RNA with NanoDrop and then diluting it to equalize the RNA concentration?

How can this issue be resolved, and will it affect RT-PCR? Thank you.
