Why does PDMS stick irreversibly to a silicon wafer mold?

I would like to know why PDMS (which is hydrophobic) likes to stick to the silicon wafer mold? Due to which chemical bonds is this happening? How does, for example, a teflon coating layer on the mold prevent the PDMS from sticking to it?
