Why does not the pyrophosphate require in PCR to add nucleotides in elongation but it requires in replication in cells?

Dear Elaheh Emadi-Andani

When we perform a PCR we add dNTP's (de oxyribonucleotide triphsphate) and at the time of elongation the the beta and gamma phosphate removed by nucleophilic attack of 3'OH of ribose. This pyrophosphate can not make dNTP's again itself when performing the PCR. But in cell at the time of replication these pyrophosphate can be recycled.
