Perhaps, at high temperature the intrinsic electron-hole conncentration starts to dominate over p dopant concentration, then you have roughly same concentration of electrons and holes but electrons have higher mobility so they define the Hall signal. Alternativly, there might be some n-dopant with higher activation energy becoming dominant at higher temperature.
