I have prepared some sample survey questionnaire in google forms and before administering it to participants, the link is sent. Have observed that every time for the same questionnaire, the google forms is generating a different response link. if so, will the responses marked by participants be all saved.

You can create a unique link by clicking on the "send" button up on the left corner of the google form. Then from the popped-up window, you will have the option of either sending it directly to emails, or you can copy the "unique link" and send it later. In addition, you can get a shorten link, and it is going to be unique too.
