I used ERA5 data for solar radiation (Rs). In the Google Earth Engine (GEE), from the 'ECMWF/ERA5_LAND/HOURLY' product, the ‘surface_solar_radiation_downwards’ band has been selected. But hourly data seems to have a problem. For example, in the middle of the night, it shows the maximum radiation. At the bottom, the Excel extracted from this data is available. What is the cause of this problem?

ERA5 data will have substantially greater resolution than ERA-Interim: hourly analysis fields with a horizontal resolution of 31 km on 137 levels, from the surface to 0.01 hPa, will be accessible (around 80 km).

The profile of plot of the solar radiation data at certain location on the earth versus time seems for me very deviated from which we measure on the surface of the earth directly. There must be a broad peak around the noun time. As for the peak radiation intensity occurring at the mid night may be due to time shift of 12 hours. You have to align your local time with the given time scale of the data.

For each hour please calculate difference. Please also use local time.
