For rubber ferrite composite. when i added ferrite in different loads into rubber matrix, i found that tensile strength, Young's modulus, Hardness and elongation at break have the same behavior increase together and decrease together. the question is how elongation follows the same behavior as hardness and tensile?
Limited knowledge of rubber ferrite composites, but the following behavior is typical of filled elastomers: The wettability of the filler is reduced with an increase in filler loading. I think you’ll find that beyond a certain loading, tensile strength and elongation at break will begin to decrease, whereas tensile modulus and compressive strength may not. That peak for an RFC might be around 40 phr.
Because the Modulus of Elasticity is a constant of the material, which relates tensile strength (stress) to Strain (elongation over initial length). Hardness is related to the Modulus of Elasticity as it relates to ductility.

The modulus is an increasing function of filler content (provided a good adhesion between the phases). Given the aspect ratio of filler particles you can use the Halpin -Tsai equation
The strength of filled elastomers is a complex function of 1) matrix/filler adhesion, 2) particles aspect ratio 3) volume content of filler , 4) level of dispersion of particles to within the composites (for instance, the formation of clusters of particles is progressively increasing with the volume content of filler). 5) the method of compounding (that regulates the level of dispersion of fillers)
Taking into account all the above parameters is rather complex if not impossible.
At low filler content some of the parameters may be less effective that others and viceversa.
