I've attached my Bow-tie antenna-whose parameters is calculated by this site online calculator- project file.

But the S11 is too bad at my frequency design (F=10Ghz , impedance=120ohm or even 50Ohm).
I will be grateful if you could check my CST antenna file.
Did you check the edge shape of the two radiators and gaping between two radiators? also, check your feeding part.
I'd expect it ought to work. I can't open your CST file. How long is your bowtie?
What is the gap between the points? There should be no ground plane.
Are these the values you used?

Bowtie antennas work, and CST nearly always works properly. I think you must have misunderstood and modelled the wrong shape, or else have done something in CST that has put metal in the wrong places. Can you show a screen shot of the model?
I think it should be only half as long. As a dipole is should be a bit under half a wavelength long (about half a wavelength from the middle of one end to the middle of the other, going round the edges). If it is close to a wavelength long then you will be feeding it at a high impedance point.
