Dear, the size of the crystal decrease with an increase in doping percentage because at a high percentage the agglomeration of the crystal occurs which causes the decrease in the crystal size.
the numbers you mentioned above are more diameter values rather than radii values...
With respect to the crystallite size and micro strain dependence on the doping concentration I would like to add that each set of such data pairs is taken from different samples which were individually prepared.
You may share a plot of the 'measured' crystallite sizes and the micro strains as a function of the Gd concentration (incl. error bars).
If you repeate the doping as well as the determination of crystallite size and micro strain, how much is the difference to the previous series?
