Book #7: San Jose State University: An Attempt to Assassinate a Scientist Morally (From 2006 up to now)

Winston Churchill said," You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something sometime in your life." Thus, I have been facing abusive and discriminatory behavior and corruption cases by many faculty members in the College of Engineering, especially the Department of Computer Engineering. I lived for four years in hell, during which I sought the tenure process at the university as a permanent university professor and filled out forms and documents to the fullest. Professor Isaac Cohen from the College of Business Administration called me to offer his help because he had the same experience when he joined the same university. After that, he was so disturbed by what happened to me that I had to leave the university at the end of the semester on the pretext that the university's president saw that I was not good at teaching at the university. Isaac advised me to seek the help of a lawyer, especially after they signed a contract with me that I work as a lecturer and not as a professor, which resulted in demoting me and reducing my total salary from ten thousand dollars to only two thousand dollars. I was so shocked and humiliated that I needed more than 8,000$ monthly to cover my expenses.

The book contains terrible and painful racist events. The war was declared against me from the beginning, especially after the departure of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, who had hired me very shortly after I arrived at the university. There are thousands of scenarios of living in hellfire from 2006 to the present. I am working on many crime reports to the police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the California and Federal supreme courts.

A Message to Whom It May Not Concern

I know that the title seems strange because the phrase "To whom it may concern" is often used for writing official letters. However, in our message, the case is different. The following story has recently happened in America, in California, and more specifically at the University of San Jose, the third-largest city in California, in Silicon Valley, south of San Francisco Bay. Apart from the previous geographical information, the subject of the letter that I will present has reminded me of an old Egyptian anecdote:

"Once, a young man entered while his father was writing, so he asked what his father was doing. His father replied, "I am writing a letter to your uncle." The son said in astonishment, "But you are illiterate; you do not know how to write." His father replied, "Your uncle is also illiterate; he does not know how to read." My case is entirely different: I am good at writing and reading, but those to whom I have written may need to be aware of what I am sending. The letter is addressed to each of the university CEOs, managers, and all university officials, deans, assistant deans, faculty members, lecturers, and students, as well as to Dr. Rose E. Coronado, Senior Director of Academic Personnel Relations at San Jose University, and Mr. Ray Boyko, Chief of Branch of SJSU-CFA.

Dr. Rose E. Coronado:

I have received many different email correspondences from you in which I have been asked to contact you more than once in various unpleasant situations, but I have not. Do you know why? Because you know that many people are trying to destroy me, and you did nothing to help me. I do not mean to bother you or anyone else. Moreover, my words have no tone of threat because I respect everyone at this prestigious university and anywhere else.

First, you must be tolerant of me and deal with me fairly. Each of us has a role to play in practical life. Both of us have rights and duties. Before I respond to your emails and your constant aggressive attitude against me in many abusive situations and offensive cases, I try to watch my words lest they hurt your hearing. You played a role in destroying my scientific reputation. You underestimated my teaching experience and my professional life. Not only that, but you denied me my research work. You deprived me of my legitimate rights to earn money as a full-time professor, scientist, and engineer with gifted knowledge according to the rules in force at the university. Because of these aggressive behaviors against me, my health deteriorated. In addition to depriving me of my salary for various and long periods, you were the cause of canceling my insurance, demoting me twice from full-time professor to lecturer for two years, deliberately changing the value of my pension from full-time professor to lecturer, and extracting two years of my tenure. You joined with others to plot against me in many situations, as you misused your position as a manager and a senior official.

I have already tracked videos, messages, and live broadcasts in which you and others make false allegations about my work, science, teaching method, and scientific research. For the record, I have many videos about your corruption and dirty deeds. Remember that I have worked for this university for twenty-two years, including the "stolen" years. Unfortunately, your profile contains much erroneous, false, and deceptive documentation. Your email is very offensive, and your statement is illegal and contrary to the law of the world's largest and most extraordinary country. Let me analyze what came out of this ugly statement in several ways. First, you are not the owner of SJSU, and I do not receive my salary from your own money, as we both work for this university.

Consequently, the pronoun "we" you used to refer to yourself indicates that I work for you and not with you. We are both on the staff of the state-sponsored university. So, please know your limits and that SJSU is a public university. Second, the paid suspension means I get my salary as a full-time university professor rather than the best professor in this field at the highest level in the world and the best in my area with a degree from the Faculty of Engineering. The paid suspension came based on false allegations and the evaluation of non-experts and specialists in the field of knowledge. Finally, the subsequent consequences have caused catastrophic damage to my health, research work, publications, scientific reputation, and professional life, as well as the waste of my precious time. I have the documents that would present to you Mr. Ray Boyko, the head of the new CFA branch, in his bare reality, which was hidden from you. Everything I had told him must have been strictly confidential, but strangely enough, he broadcasted that information and used it against me somehow.

Another thing is that he turned my life into an unbearable hell and ruined my reputation everywhere. Therefore, I will publicly publish this across the media and several organizations at the state and federal levels. Now, I am going to ask a question to all of you, the administration board, faculty members, students, CFAs, and you:

Will you be able to restore my looted money from teaching many different classes, money for travel, advice, and research?

Can you compensate me for the damages that have occurred and that have put me in many financial difficulties?

Let me end my letter with one incident in which I participated. That one email will turn into a petition, multiple short stories, with and without names, and many posts about abusive behavior and racism at San Jose State University.

One last question: "Why do you give yourself the right to treat me as your servant?" To conclude, I filed my complaint with those I hoped would judge fairly. I also submit my complaint to God, the Creator, who is fair in His ruling.
