I am confused by your question, it isn't clear to me what the experiment you are trying to do is, or what you are asking. But be aware that some phages integrate very specifically, always at the same location. Lambda is the typical example of that, although different members of the lambda family integrate at different (but specific) locations. Other phages however are more like transposable elements and integrate at many sites, or nearly randomly. Bacteriophage Mu is the best studied example of that.
