The het cDNA is a result of CRISPR/Cas9 knock ins/knock outs (F0) crossed with WT to produce F1s. I analyse the DNA of the F1s and notice that all the het's have two peaks while WT and later -/- mutants in F2 all have one peak.

I have attached an image for the F1. I was wondering what is the reason for this? I noticed in other articles that they say het alleles show double peaks, but no reason. Thanks
