i designed a FLC with 2 inputs and 1 output. the range of inputs are [0 1] and [0 20] and output's range is [0.008 0.01]. when i run it in my simulation the value of output is zero means flc gives a zero value for output while the range of output starts at 0.008. assuming i designed flc inappropriately. Is getting zero value logic? my inputs are in the own ranges.
why do i get this result?

can the membership functions be continuous triangle ones without intersecting each other or not, they should be crossover functions?
if the inputs are put out of range, what will happen? for investigating the FLC, i gave constant inputs to the FLC but the inputs are out of area and the FLC is out of my sys simulation i run it separately, i got the result and i had output, why?
