Dear all,
I get errors with tracer particle multiple birth when I use beyond 3 processor for Eulerian analysis on Abaqus. The job is submitted on a server using multiprocessor (cpus) in thread-based domain decomposition implementation. The problem seems to be related to the decomposition of the domain since there is no errors with thread-based loop implementation.
Below the errors I get:
error, particle 0 not found

error, particle 0 not found
error, particle 5572 not found
error, particle 2147483647 not found
error, particle 0 not found
error, particle -1756499936 not found
.....................................
Abaqus Error: The executable explicit_dp
aborted with system error "Illegal memory reference" (signal 11).

can you please provide information regarding your system you are using to run ABAQUS?
The threads base parallel depend on some factors! what is your system's CPUs? how many CPUs do you have?
Generally, the threads counting id and calling and processors may have dependency which means that when you use parallel programming, based on your chosen, it can be shared memory or distribution memory. So, sometimes the race-conditioning may be happened. On the other hand, the first-thread private or last one can have negative effect if they save another thread on the processors or using Dynamic thread can disable the run-time too.
You need to check your system!
check the processor number and use processor number -1
increase the memory 95%
Use the default or MPI instead of Threads

I have the same errors on the two systems I used. Namely, a calculation server and my PC. The server has 32 CPUs spread over two nodes while my PC has 8 CPUs. I have already tried MPI and Threads on my PC. However, only threads is possible on our server.
What do you mean by "use processor number -1"?
