Regarding the constraint, the steps that I did are as follow:

1. Right click on the static structural and inserted fixed support

2. In fixed support I selected the side faces of the chord ( the horizontal tube)

Maybe you have a geometrical singularity (intersecting surfaces with zero fillet radius)

I checked your model and realized that you performed a linear analysis. For that reason the magnitude of Von-Mises stress was so high. As Denis Benasciutti also mentioned, you have singularity in your model. I suggest that you use "multilinear kinematic hardening" approtch instead to get a better accuracy in your model. You can do this, from "Analysis Settings" "Solver Controls" turn the large deformation "on" and rerun the analysis. Hope that helps.

I did as you advised me but unfortunately, every time when the solution bar comes to complete it returns to the beginning.Then starts to solve again and this process continue to repeat. However, would you please turn on the large deflection and rerun the project. When the analysis completes kindly, rar the project and its file as I did and send it to me. Accept my sincer gratitude for your kindness and cooperation.

The thing you explained is absolutely "normal" since the model has to be solved several times before getting converged. Don't worry about the progress bar. If you want to see how your model is progressing, do the following. Click the "Solution Information" on the tree. Change the "Solution Output" from "solver output" to "Force Convergence". Here you will see how your model is being converged (Force Convergence has to get below Force Criterion). Let me know if you had any other problem.

I' ve changed the solution output to force convergence but no data to display scentence appeared on the screen as you can see in the attachment. I really wonder why?

Wait until the first analysis is done. First progress bar is completed, then you will be able to see the force convergence result. You have almost 600k nodes and elements. It takes time to solve. Let me know how it went.

The results are still abnormal. I really wish know why?

Regarding the singularity, I coarsened the meshes at welding joints but unfortunately, it did not work.
