In lithium dendrite suppression research, there is some difference in the verification test range paper by paper.
I wonder why some research conduct full cell cycling test to verify the dendrite suppression while the others stop at half-cell test or symmetric test.
I search several papers in Nature Energy, Energy & Environmental Science, and Advanced Energy Materials, but there is no explanation about why they do the full cell test even though they verify the dendrite suppression in half cell test (by CE, visualization, CCD, etc...).
I would really appreciate it if someone teach me about this.
