Cloning of Transposon-insertions

you could grow the organism for DNA extraction, so it had enough genomic DNA to live and multiply irrespective of the transposon insertion. you are supposed to get bands after DNA extraction, if not you may like to troubleshoot the DNA extraction procedure you are following.
