Why did I get negative weight on SEM amos for 2 variables that have positive correlation?The relationship is very strong but I get negative on arrows?

Sorry I had limited number of letters so the question is vague. I ran a SEM between somethe variables and I got a fit model still there is something very strange. I am new to SEM so I did not get it. There is a significant positive correlation between two variables but when I run the sem the number on the arrow is negative. Can someone help?
