Why Crystal explorer version 17.5 is not working on windows 10 having 64 bit?

Dear researchers! I hope you are enjoying good health. I install the crystal explorer version 17.5 and obtain licence form crystal explorer team but software is not working. I install crystal explere.exe 32 bit file from the original website. Crystal explorer 64 exe is not available on official website of crystal explorer. My operating windows is 10 with 64 bit. Program is installed but it shows black background. I change the background to white by going in to preferences setting but still background of software is black. The software read the CIF successfully but molecule is not visible. Kindly guide me. I will be thankful to you for your kind help.
