Dear Fareed Salman, when our organism is attacked by covid19, it releases cytokine storms, components of our immune system, boldly trying to destroy that unknown particle and thus damaging the surrounding tissues, because cytokine storms are too violent to differentiate our own cells from the alien covid19 cells. And sorry, but 80% of the covid deaths happen in already sick people (diabetes, cholesterol, high tension)

Not only COVID-19, almost all human diseases are autoimmune diseases caused by over-nutrition.
Almost all people have a robust immune system. This immune system is also a powerful nutrition generator which degrades all pathogens, commensal microbiota and damaged or dysfunctional body tissue cells, and turn them into nutrition.
If the nutrition from immune system is just enough for tissue regeneration and is not superfluous, most of the traumatic injury and viral or microbial infection should only cause localized damage and be healed/cleared in one or two days. Any systemic tissue damage are indicator of over-nutrition and autoimmune disorder, and extreme attention should be paid to such systemic damage to the whole body.

Yes, COVID-19 disease can kill perfectly health people without preexisting conditions. Only anorexia nervosa patients are safe. when these patients are exposed to the SARS-COV-2 virus, the viral infection only induces localized damage and be cleared in a few days. In other people including perfectly health people, there is a possibility of the developing systemic tissue damage due to the transient overnutrition from the degradation of the pathogens, commensal microbiota and damaged body tissue cells.

Industrial food crookery cannot go on making millions on people death and diabetic children. If not, societies are going to face serious health problems. Covid19 can also be defined as a disease for the people with a psychotic relation to food (80% of deaths diabetics or with high cholesterol levels or high blood pressure). Sugar, salt and animal fat should be considered as addictive poisons. Instead industry hides salt in sugar cookies to addict more their clients. Drug dealers should be prosecuted.

Simply, because Covid-19 is first an infectious diseases, and pathogenicity is mainly due to tissue destruction by viral replication. Autoimmune disorders are only a side complication in a subset of patients.
We could say that in some acses an autoimmune disease worsens Covid-19, or is induced by Covid-19 and develops cocommitantly. More accurately, it is an allo-immunization leading to generation of autoantibodies.
