I have cultured podocytes in the T75 flasks and 100x15 plates and used same medium for both. The plates are doing great; however in the flasks cells are not adhering well and detaching. What might be reason to it?

If the cell culture flasks are "non-treated," the cells will not develop the proper cytoskeletal attachment. The "non-treated" cell culture flasks and plates are meant for only cell culture suspension. Have you checked to make sure the cell culture flasks are "tissue-culture treated?"
Do you have environmental vibrations? Like construction nearby, a train, or wooden floors that conduct foot steps? I saw that it can affect different geometries of culture vessel differently, and fixed it by putting all the cells on sheets of memory foam.
