Good afternoon,
I was a performing a docking trough Autodock Vina, following a tutorial from the Scripps. I sent the corresponding commands to run the docking using a configuration file that I made, where I wrote the coordinates, input files and a name for the output files, both the out in pdbqt format and the log in txt format.
However, after running the docking and after showing me the corresponding table of results, an error message appeared:
Error: could not open "docking_dapsone.pdbqt" for writing.
Could anyone figure out what am I doing wrong?

Could it be that Autodock Vina does not have permission to write the file in the specified location (such as the Autodock Vina folder in Program Files folder on Windows)? If so, change the path of the output file to a location where Autodock is permitted to write files; and avoid empty spaces in the path.
