I electrophoresed 6 ul of PCR product for 90 min at 85 volt in 2.5% gel and TBE buffer. my PCR product length is 490 bp.
Very high DNA concentration in the PCR products. Consider diluting your stock DNA solution or running fewer PCR cycles.
simply dilute your DNA/plasmid which acts as a template for your PCR reaction.
The PCR product conc. is too high. You can dilute your DNA template or lower cycle number.
It seems that too much PCR product has been uploaded. Have you run the controls along? Please check with the PCR product conc. and load only 1ul if you dont want to dilute. You can lower the cycle number in PCR reaction in future as well. Good luck
If you are sure of the proper concentration of PCR Product, reduce the concentration of agarose (1.5%) and the duration of the procedure.

Can you label the sizes of the DNA markers, and what is the size of the original DNA template? You might have amplified a larger fragment (> 490 bp) due to primer design?
