Why are my THP-1 cells dying so fast?

Im working with THP-1. I culture them well, they grow well, they differenciate well.

Then i infect them with 1:1 MOI and i treat them for 4 days with antibiotic.

At they 4 almost all the cells in the plate are gone.

What am i doing wrong?
