When submitting a research to one of Scopus or Clarevit or Thomson Reuter magazines, the journal is delayed in informing the researcher that it has received the research, while any other journal gives immediate notice of receipt of the research, sending it for evaluation and their commitment to dates that render the researcher impossible to wait.

Does this make Scopus and Clarevit magazines desirable for the researcher?
