All you need to do is to provide your ORCID to the journal in which your article is accepted for publication. If the journal accept ORCID as a unique author identifier, (see, for example, Springer journals) they will provide a link of the ID attached to your name in the published article. Readers will easily follow the link and view your profile in ORCID.
