Despite the capacity of arab scientists contriburion in euorope and America ,but not significantly inside arab countries.why they cannot succede in their own countries?
Because less liberty provided to them in arab countries while there are more chances to making attempt in Europe or America.
The main reason is that the Arab region is an environment that repels talents, and does not provide the appropriate conditions for their emergence and development of their capabilities, due to the lack of the value of science on the list of priorities of societies and countries in the Arab region, and the lack of providing the necessary capabilities to conduct experiments and applied research with a great scientific return, and therefore we notice the emergence of Arab researchers more When they go to countries with a long tradition of scientific research.
