I am working on my thesis, and this problem cancel all my process, so please help me. I'm currently preparing alginate solution 1,5% w/w so I use 7,5 gam Alginate and 492,5 gam H2O. I have heated the solution to 45-50°C in order to dissolve Alg faster, but the problem is, my solution become opaque. I don't know what happen to it. After that I try to prepare the second solution without heating, but it become opaque too.

First: which kind of water did you use. Be sure that there is no calcium or calcium carbonate in your water. Calcium will favorize precipitation. Use demin or distilled water.
Second: try to let the solution standby on the table for 10 hours or more to be sure that gas bubble leave the solution.
This is all my knowledge about alginate.

Hi. Did you try to boil it? In my case, I send it to autoclave for sterilization. I don't remember that It was opaque.

Oh, I use distilled water to prepare the solution. I have also let the solution stanby overnight but after I come back the morning later, it’s still like in the picture I‘ve posted. At first I‘m not boiling it, but after that I turn the heat to 45-50*C to dissolve faster, but the solution still remain opaque.
In the lab that I’m working right now don’t have the autoclave so I can’t use your method.
I have also prepare another solution without heating but the solution still opaque.
I don’t know whether the powder or the water is the problem. The other student used to work with the same Alg powder that I’m using right now but they don’t have any problem with the solution like mine.

that is, your alginate still contains pigments (not pure). already if it's pure you do not need heating to solubilize it.
