Hi Simon Smith , I measure the hardness of the base material and the treated one. And I look in the literature an aproach based on the vickers hardness that gives you the ultimate strength. So having the new ultimate strength, I offset every point in the plastic area by the difference between the base ultimate strength and the new ultimate strength.

I've looked at the data you supplied and it seems to satisfy the Abaqus requirement that the hardening coefficient of each section of curve is smaller than the previous section. Is it possible to supply full curve in the form of an ASCII file so that I can check them all?
