Why a distorted admitance value is obtained while doing mixed mode simulation of TFET with dyanamic non local BTBT model in Santaurus TCAD ?

AC analysis of TFET device along with dynamic non local BTBT model shows a distorted admitance. But while using Local BTBT model a good values for the admitance is observed.
