Why a distorted admitance value is obtained while doing mixed mode simulation of TFET with dyanamic non local BTBT model in Santaurus TCAD ?

AC analysis of TFET device along with dynamic non local BTBT model shows a distorted admitance. But while using Local BTBT model a good values for the admitance is observed.

How to implement Inverter using TFET in Santaurus TCAD?

The sdevice code given in the manual of santaurus TCAD is not working for inverter with the TFET device. The result shows a buffer instead of the inverter. Any suggestions.
