I am trying to modify my glassy carbon with activated carbon using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a binder. I am usually using PTFE at concentration of 0.1%, anyone thinks that this concentration is low or high? And why?
PTFE is too low in your case. You try using 4-5% PTFE for making usable electrode.

Thank you so much, but do you think with a such higher concentration of PTFE the conductivity of the modified electrode works well (the modified electrode works well in terms of its conductivity)?
This concentration is used for supercapacitor electrode. I believe you can use too without conductivity problem. Of course you can give a try reducing the PTFE amount and checking the stability as electrode.
