AphasiaBank could be a suitable place to find the sort of data you are looking for. My research team has recently contributed to the database some sets of data which include both adults with Alzheimer disease and stroke-induced aphasia, both fluent and non-fluent. Although our data are from Spanish speakers, there are many other sets from English speakers as well. Information about consent is provided in the documentation file of each corpus. In order to access the database it is necessary to ask for a username and a password. You'll find more information on how to do that at talkbank.org.
