Success in business is not only a matter of education but it depends on entrepreneur ecosystem. Attitude, Skill and knowledgeable are important but health of the business man is highly important followed by respect for business
For me, and for his business legacy, in Spain, Amancio Ortega founder of Inditex Corporation (Zara) and worldwide Steve jobs (Apple).

As they say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Ranker has an extensive list of the most successful entrepreneurs. I believe an entrepreneur who has started a firm from scratch like Bill Gates of Microsoft and made it a success is a better measure of being a businessman, that is, one who has only overseen an established already successful company like Jack Welch of General Electric.
