I have BD-protein A and AD-protein B.

When I tested co-IP A, B, and C, C protein enhanced the interaction between A and B.

But, an editor pointed out that the enhanced band seems vague.

Thus, the editor required us to support the co-IP with other experiments like Y3H.

Does anyone have the Bridge vector for Y3H or give me some tips?
