People are endowed with various dominating virtues, but everyone does not reach to the level to be considered as a true/ righteous person bases on his/ her behavior, temperament, dealing with others, relations/ activities etc. Even, some people behave in a way that others admire him/ her or his/ her qualities.
What you think, who can be a true/ righteous person?
A true person has honesty as he/she knows honesty means respect the rights of others.
True & righteous person we cannot have a symbol or identity.However we know that our face is a mirror true & righteous person can be conveniently observed with the reflection of Head , Eyes , & symbol of thumb .
True & Righteous person can be observed at the first sight from their behavior ,& action as in order to achieve this identity they have passed their valuable time for cultivating their behavior & modest approach for day to day action of the life for which they have passed their time in reading , spiritual books , & also implementing the thought in their mind for their action . Besides they take also recourse to prayer , meditation, & visiting the holy place for receiving guidance .
For this action all human being are equal & it has got nothing to do either with their CASTE,CREED,& RELIGION .

Judge not lest you be judged. In particular we have to take into account a person's cultural background. Slaveholding is more reprehensible today that in pre-Civil War America.
The concept of a true and righteous person, especially righteousness, is context dependent. What would be considered righteous in a particular culture may well be considered reprehensible in another culture (examples could include suicide bombers or the capitalist drive to accumulate wealth even if at the expense of others). This becomes even more the case when we start to consider sub/counter-cultures that exist within and parallel to a given societies dominant culture. During the US anti-Vietnam war movement hippies saw their protests and flouting of conventional norms as a righteous act of rebellion against an illegitimate act of the government, while the older generation largely saw the exact same behavior as reprehensible, unpatriotic, and at times bordering on treasonous. So to answer your question is impossible without specifying a specific cultural context by which the person will be judged.
Some may argue that the terms "true" and "false" are best used in reference to facts, particularly scientific facts. And the term "righteous" referring to a person intentions, motivations, and/or behaviors

Here are some elements..Someone who never disappoints people trusting him, not selfish not greedy, truly believing in peace, working for the good of all honest people, never intending to harm beings or the environment, his presence anywhere is a plus for every honest creature. respecting others freedom as much as his own freedom.
