And to answer your question regarding 1:1 ratio. it means that i have synthesized copper oxide nanoparticles using copper salt precursor through precipitation method and powder form nanoparticles was obtained. later when i wanted to check UV spectroscopy i dissolved 1mg of copper oxide nanoparticles in 1 ml of distilled water (As a solvent) to run in UV spectroscopy which provided me with the above results.
