What quantity do you want to mil? Lab scale or production? Wet (can add a solvent) or dry milling (no additional solvent)?
Maybe u can use hammer-mill machine or sugar cane machine to crush the EFB.
We used pulverisette 15 (Fritsch, germany) laboratory cutting mill.
Ball milling will be effective if available. We have used ball milling for OPEFB and it worked efficiently.
