Microfiltration (MF ) and ultrafiltration (UF), have become routine methods for protein separation/fractionation. The development of membrane chromatography, HPTFF and electrophoretic membrane contactor enable for the complete purification/separation of proteins using membrane systems.

Ultrafiltration (UF) is the best method to separate proteins samples. There is a variety of membranes available for Ultrafiltration separation with different Molecular weight cut off(MWCO). We can use different MWCO membranes with respective molecular weight of proteins. I have been used different MWCO polysulfone membranes with different proteins. In addition, if you give more information from your side, it is easy for us to provide suitable suggestion.
In my opinion, maybe you can use Polyelectrolyte Multilayer Nanofiltration membranes that can be produced by coating of Ultrafiltration membranes
