We are going to start western blot anaysis of mouse blastocyt protien, can anyone tell me which type of lysis buffer can be used and i also want to know how to collect blastocyst for western blot like collect in PBS or culutre media or without.

Mr Obaid the selection of lysis buffer depends on which protein you want to detect on western blot? i mean is it cell membrane bound protein? Cytoplasmic protein? Nuclear Protein? Mitochondrial Protein or Endoplasmic Reticulum bound protein?
