The general form of Langmuir isotherm is
qe /qm = KCe / (1+KCe)
and there are 4 types of Langmuir isotherm (Linear Form)
Langmuir Type 1 Ce/qe=(1/qm)Ce + 1/Kqm (plot Ce/qe Vs Ce)
Langmuir Type 2 1/qe=(1/Kaqm)1/Ce +1/qm (plot 1/qe Vs 1/C)
Langmuir Type 3 qe = qm - (1/Ka) (qe/Ce) (plot qe Vs (qe/Ce)
Langmuir Type 4 qe/Ce= Kaqm - Ka (qe) (plot qe/Ce Vs qe)
I am trying to do isotherm study of dye removal using adsorbent.I have confusion regarding different type of Langmuir isotherm.please suggest me which type of Langmuir can plot among this four and how to apply it?

Here i am getting negative value of slope in 1st type Langmuir isotherm.
So what is interpretation of it?
I agree with Navish and Raeesh, Langmuir Type 1 equation is suitable to investigation of linearity and determination of Langmuir constants(KL and qm).About negative value of slope, please have a look at the below links.
