What you will need to do depends on the research design. If all the students are assigned to one teacher and one teacher only it makes it easier. You could start by running a correlation on each learning set between the teacher anxiety score and the average student anxiety score for that set - exact statistical tool will depend on the nature of the questionnaire score and whether you have enough sets (see any textbook - it is abouth whether you are looking at rank positions or real "scores"). But if the teacher has changed or covers more than one set, or the students move around you would need a much more sophisticated approach or you might need to start by simplifying e.g. assigning students to categories along two dimension such as most anxious-least anxious, most humble-least humble. I suggest you find someone with expertise to look at your research design and recommend the best tool for you.

Here i have to administer two tests: Humility one for teachers and enjoyment scale for students. But after receiving results, i am unable to correlate them. Should i get the response of humility from the students instead of teachers?
