I have a base percentage measurement of Arterial occlusion pressure ((AOP)which varies between individuals) and have taught this percentage to participants. They have then attempted to replicate this pressure over 4 different time slots.

is the repeated AVOVA the correct test including the baseline taught pressure (so 5 intervals)

what would be the best post hoc test to use after ANOVA if difference have found.

Are there alternative tests/methods for analysis?
