Methods of distinguishing CNTs accordingly to conductivity:
UV-Vis-NIR - M11, S11, S22 peaks of M/S CNTs
Raman - RBM mainly (Dont suggest by Kataura plot)
Photoluminescence - only semicunducting CNTs (+chirality)
Cathodoluminescence - only semicunducting CNTs (IIRC)
The photoluminescence spectroscopy, and when you know the chirality it is easy to find whether CNT are semiconducting or metallic (n-m)/3
