Dear Maryam Samad thank you for your very interesting technical question. In fact, a number of highly useful references about this topic are available right here on RG. Just use the "Search" function of RG, look for the terms "green synthesis of silver nanoparticles" and then click on "Publications" (see attached screenshot). For example, please have a look at the following potentially useful RG links in which plant extracts have been employed as reducing agents to produce the silver nanoparticles:

Dear Maryam Samad thank you again for your interesting technical question. When you say that the UV spectrum of your silver nanoparticles was not OK, this is of course very difficult to judge from the outside. Normally this would be a problem which you should discuss with your supervisor. All I can suggest is to read some relevant papers and follow exactly the procedures described therein. In this context please have a look at the following potentially useful articles describing the preparation of nanoparticles using artemisia:
1. Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Artemisia annua and Sida acuta leaves extract and their antimicrobial, antioxidant and corrosion inhibition potentials
Article Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Artemisia annu...
In this article it is stated that he synthesized Ag Np's were characterized using UV-visible spectroscopy. The reaction mixtures showed an absorbance at 450 nm which is characteristic of Ag nanoparticles because of the surface plasmon resonance absorption band.
2. Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Artemisia turcomanica leaf extract and the study of anti-cancer effect and apoptosis induction on gastric cancer cell line (AGS)
Article Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Artemisia turc...
The first two articles can bee freely downloaded as public full texts.
3. Characterization and evaluation of cytotoxic and apoptotic effects of green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Artemisia Ciniformis on human gastric adenocarcinoma
Article Characterization and Evaluation of Cytotoxic and Apoptotic E...
4. Green biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using leaves extract of Artemisia vulgaris and their potential biomedical applications

These are not the only relevant articles. As you can see, there is plenty of useful literature on this topic available.
Good luck with your work and please stay safe and healthy! 😊
