Saifur’s answer is most helpful for you, especially as related to your own expertise and interest. However, it may be worth considering the growth in mining for rare Earth elements, what with all these electric cars! The environmental issues linked to lithium mining spring to mind, but rare elements are and will be in great demand industrially. A lot to consider in the mining of such.
