Hello everyone

I have been trying to get IHC staining of samples (the slides of rat’s uterine horn for thin endometrium disease). But I don’t get any staining at all

My question is that which step needs to be performed first, the antigen retrieval or peroxidase blocking and which one is optional?

Different literature and protocols have different orders of application.

Secondly, how to verify that there is no denaturing or damage to sample due to antigen retrieval or peroxidase blocking?
