I have tried the solutions provided in the answers by other researchers, but I still can't figure it out. I am a newbie to this field. Please help m ekindly. I have attached the conf.txt file also. I have changed all the structures yo pdbqt also. But still can't help it.

If you pass --help as command line argument, a usage text shows up. This is a de-facto standard for console programs.
Did you intentionally name your files with repeated extensions? Such an error pattern can be seen when the OS preferences settings are set to hide extensions. Then one is tempted to rename the files by adding another extension, now a visible one. This is also described in the FAQ of the web page.
You provided a config file named conf.txt.txt, which better should be renamed to conf.txt
Firstly, set your OS preferences to always display extensions.
I think you wanted conf.txt as a config file but you actually wrote comf.txt
A last problem I've seen is that you wrote --conf, which, according to the documentation, should read --config

Thanks for your recommendations Sir. I have changed the OS preferences and also changed the command line to --config, but now it's showing error of could not open config.txt file for reading.
