1. MIC was done using double dilution method following CLSI guidelines, starting from 100 ug/ml to 0.2 ug/ml and a negative control group. (Total 11 broth tubes).
2. The tests were performed in triplicate per bacteria per drug dilution.
3. Result for the experiment was interpreted as Sensitive or Resistant for dilutions at appearance of turbidity in broth and after spectro-photometric confirmation.
4. The lowest concentration with no bacterial growth was noted as MIC of the material for that bacteria.
