On cannulated arterioles, I perform dilation curves with and without inhibitors. To compare a control curve to the inhibitor curve, I usually run a repeated measures ANOVA and look for overall effects.

Previously, I have only performed this in females, now we are examining males, too. I cannot simply compare the inhibitor curves from male and female, because that fails to account for the change from the control. How can i compare the difference between curves between male and females, in order to see the difference in affect the inhibitor has?
